OBJECTIVE
On the occasion of the launch of the 5th generation of intraoral scanners, 3Shape renewed its longstanding collaboration with Bplus to introduce the extraordinary innovation brought to the dental market by the "Big-3" (TRIOS, CEREC, and iTero): the new Trios 5 intraoral scanner. Alongside this event, the need arose to collect user insights regarding habits and their relationship with digital scanning.
SOLUTION
Bplus designed and implemented a digital launch campaign for 3Shape. A Direct Email Marketing (DEM) initiative announced the release of the new scanner, inviting users to continue their journey on the product’s landing page. This page highlights the new scanner's features and provides valuable information for dental professionals. The customer journey concludes with the completion of a survey, for which the company rewards users with a valuable gift. Thanks to this well-structured flow, we not only met the client's expectations but significantly exceeded them.
