Since 2019, we have embarked on a path of eco-sustainability because we strongly believe in safeguarding the health of both our planet and its people.

Energy efficiency was the key starting point for us to shift our focus toward more sustainable practices. Today, we generate green energy through solar panels that fully power our workspaces and have led to positive results in reducing energy waste.
PAPERLESS
APPROACH
To begin reducing the impact on the erosion of environmental resources, we have planned small internal revolutions centered around digitalization. Starting in 2021, Bplus embarked on a path of dematerialization for the INFODENT® magazine to reduce paper usage in favor of digital alternatives.
This is a small contribution to greater environmental sustainability, fighting the uncontrolled deforestation of vast areas of the planet, with severe consequences for the climate. We are also aware that paper makes up a large percentage of waste in landfills, and its lifecycle from production to disposal generates enormous greenhouse gas emissions, not to mention the energy and resources required to produce toner, printers, and the treatments necessary for their use.
Our journey toward becoming paperless has involved replacing paper archives with digital databases, prioritizing the use of online channels for internal communications and adopting cloud systems for document and information exchange. Even our marketing activities are primarily focused on the web and social media, avoiding the use of traditional paper materials in most cases. The same zero-paper best practices have been applied by replacing paper towels in the restrooms with hand dryers.
DAILY HABITS
The green drive toward greater sustainability is also reflected in the new daily policies of attention and respect for the environment implemented by Bplus, such as providing our collaborators with reusable water bottles, as well as using recyclable cups. In this context, we have chosen to constantly monitor potential wastage with a targeted reduction of waste and a resulting impact on both costs and the ecosystem.
Implementing the best eco-sustainable solutions may seem easy but making them an integral part of Bplus's philosophy is a more complex process. Only by aiming directly at our goal and having a clear understanding of our brand reputation can we implement a truly coherent and credible green transformation.
